Throw a repair pack that heals an ally for 25 HP instantly plus 100 HP over 2 seconds. Holds 3 charges with 6 second recharge per charge. 30m range.
SECONDARY
Launch the flail forward to strike an enemy at range, dealing 70 damage and knocking them back. 4 second cooldown. Triggers Inspire on hit.
SHIFT
Hold to deploy a frontal energy barrier with 250 HP. While active, pressing primary fire performs Shield Bash. Barrier regenerates when not deployed. 5 second cooldown if destroyed.
EXTRA
Dash forward with Barrier Shield, dealing 50 damage and knocking back enemies. 5 second cooldown. Requires Barrier Shield to be active.
ULTIMATE
Move 30% faster and grant yourself and nearby allies 100 overhealth that persists. Overhealth builds at 30 HP/s over 10 seconds up to 100 per ally. 15m radius. 2800 point cost.
EXTRA
Dealing damage with Rocket Flail or Whip Shot heals nearby allies for 15 HP/s over 5 seconds. 20m radius. Subsequent damage refreshes the duration.

Developer comment: Brigitte's healing output over the course of a match is quite high, so this is just a slight adjustment to help bring that in line.
Knockdown time when two charging abilities collide reduced from 2 to 1.7 seconds.
Developer comment: This stun time reduction applies to the knockdown that happens when two charging abilities collide and result in a tie (with Reinhardt, Doomfist, Brigitte, Mauga, Bob). The counterplay and interaction of two charging abilities impacting each other is great, but it took both players out of the fight a little too long.
Now resets Shield Bash cooldown upon activation.
Developer comment: Resetting the Shield Bash cooldown on ultimate activation was too much potential burst damage for Brigitte when the average maximum health of everyone was lower, but it's much more reasonable now that it won't be as lethal.

Developer comment: Brigitte ended up being the best performing support hero in the game by a fair margin since the last patch. It's likely a result of more than just the damage breakpoint change that she received but it was a significant increase to her offense so we're reverting it and will continue to evaluate further.

Barrier Shield health reduced from 300 to 250.
Developer comment: Brigitte's overall effectiveness and survivability have been high relative to other heroes, so we are reducing the Barrier Shield health. We're also slightly adjusting the ultimate cost of Rally, as it has become more effective after its rework.
Ultimate cost increased 6%.
Brigitte now gains 100 restorable armor health pool for the duration of Rally. Brigitte no longer gradually builds temporary health like her nearby allies. Rally now upgrades her Barrier Shield, increasing both its size and health. Barrier health increased from 300 to 750 during the ultimate. During Rally, Shield Bash now impacts multiple enemies and briefly stuns them. Bonus movement speed reduced from 30 to 15%.
Developer comment: Rally lost some of its power with the change from granting allies additional armor to temporary health, and overall took a relatively long time to build up its defensive benefits. This rework is intended to keep it as a defensive ultimate ability but with a more immediate impact due to gaining an increased armor health pool upfront and the enhanced barrier, which can be utilized to block for teammates while their temporary health builds or interrupt enemies with the stun.
Range reduced from 30 to 25 meters.

Healing over time reduced from 55 to 50 per second. Applying a Repair Pack now instantly heals for 25 health on impact.
Developer comment: Repair Pack having a small amount of instant healing will help Brigitte have more agency in saving an injured ally and generally makes the ability feel more responsive and impactful.

Developer comment: Even with the removal of stun from her Shield Bash, Brigitte continues to be very strong in 5v5, especially in team compositions that take full advantage of the passive healing provided by Inspire. This change doesn't affect Brigitte's raw healing per second, however it should make her overall effectiveness less generous in situations where she's unable to reapply Inspire.

Developer comment: It's difficult to tell when Brigitte lands a Shield Bash because the impact of that ability was not easily noticeable. This is a subtle change that will make the ability feel more satisfying.

No longer stuns enemies. Cooldown reduced from 7 to 5 seconds. Distance travelled increased from 7 to 12 meters. Movement is no longer stopped when impacting barriers. Damage increased from 1 to 50.
