By using Recall Protocol you agree to these terms. Please read them before creating an account or publishing content.

1. Who we are

Recall Protocol is a non-commercial fan project operated by an individual maintainer. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. Overwatch and related marks are trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Recall Protocol. You must not be barred from using it under applicable law.

You keep ownership of the fan heroes, Stadium builds, art, and other material you publish. By publishing, you grant Recall Protocol a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, format, excerpt, and share your content for the operation and promotion of the service, including on shareable preview images and social embeds. You may remove this license prospectively by deleting the content or your account.

You represent that you have the rights to post what you post and that your content does not infringe anyone else's rights.

5. Acceptable use

Our Content Policy describes what is and isn't allowed. In particular, you may not post unlawful, harassing, or NSFW content, impersonate real people, or submit content that violates Blizzard's fan content guidelines. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

6. Intellectual property

Overwatch characters, imagery, and game terms are the property of Blizzard Entertainment. Recall Protocol uses those elements as permitted under Blizzard's fan content guidelines for the purpose of non-commercial fan creation and discussion. If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, please see our DMCA policy.

7. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you break these terms, if required by law, or if keeping your account active would create significant risk or burden for the service.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Stadium builds, guides, and strategist outputs are informational; use them at your own discretion.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recall Protocol and its maintainer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in California.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above reflects the last change. Material changes will be announced on the homepage. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
