SHIFT
Throw a mine that sticks to surfaces. Activate again to detonate, dealing 110 damage and launching enemies (and Junkrat) into the air. Holds 2 charges. 8 seconds per charge. Can be used mid-air for mobility.

E
Deploy a bear trap that snaps shut when enemies walk over it, dealing 80 damage and rooting them for 2.5 seconds. 10 second cooldown. Trap has 100 HP.

ULTIMATE
Drive a self-propelled bomb for 10 seconds. Can climb walls. Detonate to deal 600 damage in a 10m radius (50 damage at edge). Tire has 100 HP. Junkrat is immobile while controlling it. 1850 point cost.

EXTRA
Drop 5 live grenades on death that explode after 0.5 seconds, each dealing 50 damage in a small radius. Also prevents Junkrat from taking self-damage from his own explosives.

Damaging an enemy reduces their healing received by 25% for 2 seconds.

Developer comment: We're increasing the cooldown on Concussion Mine to reduce the frequency of both Junkrat's mobility and burst damage combo.
Projectile size is now reduced by half after the second ricochet. Projectiles preserve slightly more velocity on ricochet.
Developer comment: This is mostly a reversion back to how Junkrat's grenades used to ricochet in early Overwatch, which enables more control over the angle of the bounce and helps the weapon better control spaces with some tricky shots.
Impact damage increased from 40 to 45 (Total damage increased from 120 to 125).
Developer comment: Junkrat's weapon has great damage output but is unreliable outside of close range due to its slow projectile speed, which is an intended drawback to its high output. The Season 9 health changes affected Junkrat more than most other heroes since it now requires one more shot to secure an elimination.

Developer comment: The previous adjustment to Concussion Mine's maximum damage lowered the effectiveness of Junkrat's grenade and mine combos too much so we are increasing the damage amount slightly.

Developer comment: As the Concussion Mine already has damage falloff the further from the explosion the enemy player is, lowering the maximum damage will require Junkrat to be slightly more accurate to achieve the same lethality with some of his combos.
